Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Institutional Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Institutional Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven sales experience in the financial industry, preferably in index solutions or ETFs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
