Your Responsibilities
  • As a First Level Steering & Quality Manager, you will be responsible for steering the first level customer service for our Network Operating Centre (NOC), ensuring a positive customer experience when charging in our high-performance charging network.
  • You will work closely with our external and internal service center service providers to manage performance, track KPIs, and initiate measures to address any deviations.
  • You will define end-to-end processes within our NOC, ensuring seamless collaboration between the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level service organizations.
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our service quality and operational excellence.
  • You will play a key role in the growth of our eMobility business.
Your Profile
  • You hold a university degree in electrical engineering, business, or a comparable field.
  • You have relevant work experience in the eMobility industry or customer services industry.
  • You have several years of experience in process improvements and steering customer service organizations.
  • You possess excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize workload collaboratively, and excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • You are a team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to contribute to a new business area.
