Inside Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Representative / Manager to join our dynamic team in the EMEA region. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales success through effective communication, relationship-building, and a deep understanding of the market.
Your Key Responsibilities- Support our global Sales team in administrative and operational tasks, organization, planning, and implementation of strategies.
- Create presentations, reports, and statistics, and organize trainings and meetings to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain customer and sales data in our CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support at lead, quote, and opportunity management in the CRM system (Salesforce) to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Act as an interface between Account Managers, Professional Services, Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management, and all related departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Support the global sales team in preparing, processing, and following up on opportunities and orders to ensure timely and efficient sales processes.
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on workshops and trade shows to showcase our products and services.
- Convincing appearance and strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solution-oriented and analytical way of thinking, as well as high self-motivation and willingness to constantly develop, pick up on, and implement innovations.
- Business fluent in German and English to communicate effectively with our global team and customers.
- 3+ years of general sales experience, with a preference for inside sales.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
