- Lead Oversight - Assess and manage incoming leads generated by marketing efforts, alongside proactive outreach aimed at the Manufacturing sector.
- Client Interaction - Reach out to potential clients within the designated territory to understand their requirements and interest levels regarding our offerings.
- Sales Presentations - Organize or conduct online sales presentations while keeping comprehensive records in the lead management system. Ensure necessary resources are available for effective demonstrations.
- Product and Market Insight - Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as competitor activities.
- Relationship Management - Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction, drive new sales, and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Collaborative Efforts - Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments, including marketing, customer service, and sales support.
- Experience - At least 3 years of experience in software sales, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
- Tools - Familiarity with sales platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Industry Acumen - Strong knowledge of the Industrial Automation landscape.
- Skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Language Proficiency - Fluent in both German and English.
- Educational Background - Preferred associate's or bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage sector
- Prior experience in a start-up or rapidly growing environment
