Are you ready to embrace new challenges where your expertise can significantly impact sustainable growth? We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to oversee product management from inception to retirement.

The Senior Product Manager is pivotal in steering a diverse product portfolio, concentrating on enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining competitive edge, expanding market share, and boosting profitability. This position entails managing the complete product lifecycle while collaborating with multiple teams without direct control over resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define product platforms, concepts, and features to foster profitable business expansion.
  • Collect and prioritize product and customer needs to shape the product vision, working alongside engineering and sales teams for effective product delivery.
  • Engage closely with engineering to ensure that technical development aligns with cost and timeline objectives.
  • Partner with sales to maximize market reach through suitable distribution channels.
  • Gain insights into customer requirements through various avenues such as sales interactions, customer visits, research, and market analysis.
  • Develop robust business cases in collaboration with Sales Teams, ensuring alignment on customer needs, value propositions, pricing, and market strategies.
  • Ensure product specifications surpass market expectations and manage them effectively across various platforms.
  • Champion customer advocacy, create sustainable value propositions, stay updated on competitor activities, and focus on delivering customer value.
  • Conduct make-or-buy assessments, analyze competition, and identify key success factors.
  • Lead large-scale initiatives, interpret complex data, and streamline the product portfolio.
  • Develop and secure acceptance for product roadmaps that resonate with customer needs.
  • Engage with key customers to comprehend current and future requirements.
  • Support product training, sales initiatives, and participate in exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with various departments including Marketing Communications, engineering, manufacturing, and sales.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MS/MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the Commercial Water, HVAC, or BAS sectors.
  • Strong skills in prioritization, stress management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven track record in delivering results and managing product lifecycles.
  • A blend of business insight and technical knowledge.
  • Leadership qualities, attention to detail, and a commercially driven mindset.
  • Excellent team player with experience in multicultural leadership.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels with focus and accountability.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office tools, with fluency in English.
