Are you ready to embrace new challenges and utilize your expertise to foster sustainable and profitable growth? We are in search of a Senior Product Manager to take charge of product management from inception to retirement.

The Senior Product Manager is instrumental in overseeing a diverse product portfolio, with a strong emphasis on achieving enduring customer satisfaction, enhancing competitive positioning, expanding market share, and boosting profitability. This position entails managing the complete product lifecycle while collaborating with various teams without direct control over resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define product platforms, concepts, and features that propel business growth.
  • Collect and prioritize product and customer requirements to shape the product vision, working closely with engineering and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with engineering to guarantee that technical development aligns with cost and schedule objectives.
  • Partner with sales to maximize market reach through suitable distribution channels.
  • Gain insights into customer needs through multiple channels, including sales interactions, customer visits, research, and market analysis.
  • Develop robust business cases in collaboration with Sales Teams, ensuring alignment on customer requirements, value propositions, pricing, and market strategies.
  • Ensure product specifications surpass market expectations and manage them effectively across various platforms.
  • Champion customer advocacy, develop sustainable value propositions, remain informed about competitors, and focus on delivering customer value.
  • Conduct make-or-buy assessments, analyze competition, and identify key success factors.
  • Lead large-scale initiatives, interpret complex data, and streamline the product portfolio.
  • Create and gain acceptance for product roadmaps that align with customer needs.
  • Engage with key customers to understand their current and future requirements.
  • Support product training, sales initiatives, and participate in exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, including Marketing Communications, engineering, manufacturing, and sales.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MS/MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the Commercial Water, HVAC, or BAS sectors.
  • Strong skills in prioritization, stress management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and managing product lifecycles.
  • A blend of business insight and technical knowledge.
  • Leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and a commercially driven mindset.
  • Excellent team player with experience in multicultural leadership.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels with focus and accountability.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office tools, with fluency in English.
