About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at nnamu GmbH. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding and adoption of our product by our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding and Adoption: Assist in the seamless onboarding and adoption of our product, ensuring that our clients derive maximum value from our solution.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their continued success.
  • Training and Development: Support the development and implementation of our customer-facing products, including the creation of training materials and user guides.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide timely and effective support to our clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, and guides, to assist our clients in utilizing our product effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our customer success team, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to achieving value for our clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or a related role, preferably in the B2B SaaS or technology sector.
  • Growth Enthusiasm: A strong desire to learn about procurement practices, the application of game theory, and the latest advancements in AI.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English. German language skills are a plus.
  • Solution Orientation and Customer Centricity: Ability to proactively provide the best solution for our clients, with a bias to action and a positive attitude.
  • Grit and Adaptability: Persistence and adaptability, with the ability to maintain an overview of updates to our system.
  • Enterprise-level Attention to Detail: Ability to learn and master a regular service quality level required for a customer base with trained professionals from multinational corporations.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within an international team and contribute to team goals.
  • Educational Foundation: A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Hybrid Working Model: Ability and willingness to come to our Berlin or Munich office regularly (3 times per week).
