Join Our Customer Service Team
Our customer service team comprises 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support. This position is part of the 1st level support and focuses on the area of Broker Tax & Trading, which includes topics such as portfolio management, taxation, corporate actions, and trading.

Job Responsibilities
You will respond to customer inquiries regarding financial topics via phone, email, and chat. You will independently handle inquiries and find solutions that satisfy our clients. If necessary, you will coordinate with other departments or escalate inquiries to our 2nd level support. You will identify areas for improvement and proactively support the continuous enhancement of our services. You enjoy immersing yourself in new topics and further educating yourself about our products.→ This position is initially limited to two years.
Qualifications
You have experience in customer contact - we also welcome career changers, as we believe that everyone has the potential for excellent customer service. Customer orientation and teamwork are your top priorities. You communicate positively and think solution-oriented. You possess very good German (minimum C1) and good English (minimum B2) language skills, both written and spoken. Experience in the financial sector is a plus.Additional Information
