In this role as Business & Account Development Director for the Life Science & Healthcare sector, you will:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate multi-country sector opportunities.
- Drive the growth agenda by directing the country's sales force.
- Identify new opportunities within the account portfolio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the sales process and resource availability.
- Support the deployment of sector strategies and contribute to the sales strategy.
- Provide guidance and representation in customer-facing environments and industry events.
What do we need from you?
- Logistics experience and strong knowledge of DSC competitors.
- Proven experience in the Life Science and Healthcare sector
- Professional commercial skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent consultative selling, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Exemplary relationship management and networking abilities.
- Strategic thinking and international business development experience.
- Strong analytical ability and proficiency in a matrix management environment.
- Culturally sensitive with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Location is flexible within Europe.
