Your Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our market position by identifying opportunities to expand our footprint and delivering solutions that elevate office management standards. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building client relationships, closing deals confidently, and tailoring solutions to clients' needs.

You will leverage our suite of lead-generation tools to build a pipeline of high-quality B2B prospects and identify key decision-makers. Your strong communication skills and ability to convey value with every conversation will help establish trust-based relationships with potential clients, setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Strengthen Market Leadership: Identify opportunities to expand our footprint and deliver solutions that elevate office management standards.
  • Generate and Qualify Leads: Leverage lead-generation tools to build a pipeline of high-quality B2B prospects and identify key decision-makers.
  • Build Client Relationships: Establish strong, trust-based relationships with potential B2B clients, setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.
  • Close Deals Confidently: Convert leads into customers and support them through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Tailor Solutions to Clients' Needs: Use industry knowledge to offer customized solutions that align perfectly with clients' requirements.
Your Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A strong background in phone-based sales, with a preference for B2B cold calling.
  • Outstanding Communicator: Articulate, persuasive, and able to convey value with every conversation.
  • Quality-Focused: Prioritize building meaningful connections over volume, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Confident Negotiator: Excel at closing deals with SMEs' key decision-makers, approaching challenges with professionalism and confidence.
  • Ambitious & Organized: Goal-oriented and structured, with a clear drive for results.
  • Language Proficiency: Native-level French and fluency in English are required.
