We're seeking an experienced Senior Luxury Goods Operations Manager to join our Authentication team. This critical role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the integrity of luxury goods sold on our platform.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing warehouse operations, leading the authentication & warehouse teams, and driving process improvements. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Product, Legal, and Vertical business teams, to enhance the buyer and seller experience.

The ideal candidate will possess significant Retail/eCommerce operations experience, preferably in the Luxury authentication space, and excel at building effective partner relationships. You'll be expected to design, handle, and improve SLA reporting, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.

We estimate this position to offer an annual salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 based on location and qualifications. The compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, professional growth opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
