Our Marketing Team works collaboratively to achieve our marketing goals, creating and implementing digital marketing, brand management, public relations, and customer outreach strategies based on data and industry insights.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of our marketing strategy to establish Metalshub as a leading software and price data provider in the metals and mining industry.
  • Implement marketing activities end-to-end, from concept to execution, to generate inbound leads and demand for our solutions.
  • Design and organize internal events, such as the Metalshub Summit, and represent our company at industry events and conferences.
  • Lead demand generation efforts at Metalshub and take ownership of growth targets.
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing with customer-tailored content to support our sales team and advance deals through the pipeline.
  • Manage our online channels, including websites and social media (especially LinkedIn), including campaigns and analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with your team lead and leadership team to strengthen our strategic workforce.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a start-up environment or software company.
  • Profound practice in supporting lead generation with targeted Account-Based Marketing (SEO, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience in orchestrating demand generation with Hubspot or similar software is desirable but not mandatory.
  • A highly driven and hands-on individual with ambition and a commitment to taking ownership.
  • A desire to gain in-depth industry and product knowledge in the metals and mining industry.
  • A creative mind paired with an analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to approach potential partners and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Impeccable language skills in English, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
