Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategic Brand Leader to join our team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve ambitious portfolio growth strategies.

About the Position:

  • You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with international Marketing Teams, local Category, Sales, Finance, and S&OP teams.
  • Responsibilities include innovation & renovation projects from idea to execution, executing and tracking recently launched innovations, understanding consumers' needs, and identifying relevant insights.
  • You will develop a winning marketing strategy and respective product & activation plans, prepare country long-term and annual plans, and ensure excellent execution of agreed plans.
  • Closely cooperate with international Marketing Teams and the local Category, Sales, Finance, and S&OP teams.
  • Monitor competitive activities and have tight control of allocated marketing budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in management, marketing, or economics.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing and/or Trade marketing.
  • Ideally first experience in an FMCG environment.
  • Fluent in English and strong proficiency in German.
