Strategic Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our expanding marketing team at FileWave. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth strategy by driving lead generation, optimizing marketing automation, and collaborating closely with sales and customer success teams.
This role will be responsible for managing HubSpot workflows, creating and executing email and social media campaigns, and ensuring smooth integration with external partner systems. Your work will directly impact the sales pipeline and help fuel business growth.
Key Metrics for Success- Leads generated through marketing campaigns, contributing to the sales pipeline.
- Efficiency in CRM automation and campaign execution.
- 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of English language is mandatory; Knowledge of German language is a plus.
- Proven social media management and digital marketing experience.
- Proficient in Excel; HubSpot and WordPress is a plus.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
