Key Responsibilities:- Lead and build a Global Customer Service Organization.
- Manage Technical Account Managers for technical onboarding and SDK implementation.
- Manage B2C support agents for mobile gamers with technical issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, teams, and clients to maximize business goals.
- Evaluate service organization based on geographical expansion and business needs.
- Ensure knowledge and quality execution in teams.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams for client needs and user experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a service organization.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript or one basic programming language.
