Client Solutions Director

As our Client Solutions Director, you'll lead the charge in building a world-class customer service organization that sets the standard for technical support and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Technical Account Managers, ensuring seamless onboarding and SDK implementation for our app partners.
- Lead a team of B2C support agents, providing top-notch problem-solving for our mobile gamers.
- Forge strong relationships with stakeholders, teams, and clients to maximize business goals.
- Elevate our service organization in line with geographical expansion and growing business needs.
- Maintain high-quality knowledge and execution standards across teams.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure our platform meets client needs and delivers a superior user experience.
- Ensure up-to-date product and technical documentation aligns with our product team's vision.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a service organization, preferably in the mobile ad tech industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in SQL, Excel, and other analytics tools.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or a basic programming/scripting language.
- Familiarity with Java, Kotlin, Swift, or experience building own apps.
- Understanding of the mobile ad tech landscape and current best practices.
