About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to join our team at ZEAL Network SE. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative visual identity solutions for our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the visual identity of our brands, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive brand experiences across digital and offline channels.
- Design and implement effective ad formats for social media, onsite teasers, newsletters, and display formats.
- Develop new creative approaches and concepts to avoid ad fatigue and deliver against performance-oriented goals.
- Consult stakeholders on how to visually communicate brand messages and call-to-actions for maximum effectiveness.
Requirements
- Multi-year experience as an Art Director or Creative Director Art, either on agency- or client-side.
- Strong background in social media and other relevant digital channels, with extensive knowledge of key ad formats.
- Proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivery.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
