About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical consulting to our Customer Success team and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise to the Customer Success team to ensure efficient processing of customer requests.
  • Support the Incident Coordinator function and ensure timely responses to incidents.
  • Act as the main source of support for the Incident Manager and ensure efficient communication with customers.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Support in the Data Center industry with deep technical systems knowledge.
  • Fluent in business and technical English and German.
  • Expert in technical data center operations, including maintenance, repairs, processes, and systems.
  • Skilled in data center industry knowledge and proven teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
