The position requires the development of Admitad's business strategy across all platforms and the network's growth by implementing new corporate initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying global investment opportunities for the business. You will be based in Admitad's headquarters in Germany, reporting to Alexander Bachmann, CEO of Admitad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement Admitad's business development strategy;
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partnerships between Admitad and external companies, expanding the number of Advertisers and Publishers, including major ones;
  • Prepare a detailed calculation of potential partnerships;
  • Contribute to the development of all company businesses;
  • Work with Product and Business Unit teams for improving Admitad tools and creating new ones;
  • Partner closely with internal StartUp studio for finding and testing new hypotheses;
  • Search for new investment opportunities;
  • Upsale of other company products to existing partners.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the same position (not less than 3 years);
  • Knowledge of advertising technologies in desktop and mobile web;
  • Experience in monetization of Internet products;
  • Understanding of the Affiliate Marketing Market;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Relocation to Germany after the probationary period;
  • Brilliant English;
  • Persistence and the ability to bring an idea to the end.
