Job Title: Regional Business Manager - Oncology

At Inizio Engage XD, we're seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global engagement team, you'll play a critical role in managing our oncology portfolio and driving business growth in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies to expand our oncology portfolio and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including oncology customers, healthcare professionals, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the oncology market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the oncology market, including disease states, treatment options, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
