**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Urban Linker. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with existing B2B clients, expanding our customer base, and supporting department store accounts in line with our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, providing sell-out support, sales promotion, training, and merchandising.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across distribution networks, including pharmacies, natural product stores, perfumeries, and more.
  • Provide business insights and recommendations on trade marketing, promotions, and merchandising, while keeping an eye on competitors.
  • Collaborate with the German Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in business development, with a focus on the German market or a similar cultural area.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) and proficiency in English or French.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a passion for sales.
  • Organized, agile, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, SME environment.
