Sales Development Manager

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our expansion in the German market. As a Sales Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth in the German market
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of key stakeholders, including customers and partners
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Managing sales pipelines and forecasting revenue growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, including experience in directly exploring new sales opportunities
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling radiology equipment or AI-based software/IT
  • CRM software and MS Office experience
  • Experience in managing and motivating distributors
