Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of 15 professionals, ensuring seamless alignment with company objectives and strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement effective leadership strategies to drive team performance and productivity.

Business Development:

  • Drive business growth through innovative sales strategies and tactics.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the DACH region.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute customer-centric strategies to drive retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Country Manager/Sales Director in the Software/SaaS industry.
  • Successful track record in marketing, sales, and business development.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
