Position Overview:

  • Oversee and implement projects with precision and efficiency
  • Refine and advance project management frameworks and practices
  • Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders
  • Establish objectives for the PMO team and assess their effectiveness
  • Offer support to Project Leaders and aid in strategic decision-making
  • Monitor project financials and optimize resource utilization
  • Recognize and address project-related risks and challenges
  • Communicate with stakeholders and manage their expectations through consistent updates

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration or over 5 years of experience in consulting or project management
  • Proficient in strategic planning, organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving
  • Passionate about Learning & Development with excellent communication abilities
  • Fluent in both English and German
