Role Overview:

  • Oversee and implement projects with precision and effectiveness.
  • Refine and optimize project management practices and frameworks.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Establish and monitor objectives for the PMO team, assessing their impact.
  • Offer strategic guidance to Project Leads and support critical decision-making processes.
  • Monitor project financials and promote efficient resource utilization.
  • Recognize and address project risks and challenges proactively.
  • Engage with stakeholders and manage their expectations through consistent communication.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a degree in Business Management or have over 5 years of experience in consulting or project management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in strategic planning, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exhibit a keen interest in Learning & Development along with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in both English and German is essential.
