About the Role
We are seeking a Product Owner Corporate Academy to join our team at E.ON SE. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic learning experience that upskills our 20,000 colleagues in Customer Solutions. Your goal will be to create a customer-centric approach that reflects the needs and expectations of our learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed delivery and execution plan for each learning journey milestone.
- Drive the strategic development and seamless execution of an innovative learning journey.
- Develop an engaging learning experience for our target groups, including Leadership, Global Practitioners, and Regional teams.
- Take ownership of digital learning modules and ensure their further development.
- Organize content into executable learning experiences.
- Collaborate with regional teams for local journey implementation and activation.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables align with best practices in digital learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities.
- Strong affinity for digital learning.
- Effective communication skills in English and German.
