About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Office Corporate Academy professional to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Academy, you will be responsible for managing and executing projects that drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and processes to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set project goals and objectives, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to project leads and teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
