We are seeking a highly skilled Project Office Corporate Academy (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for process development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and processes to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Establish and lead meetings with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Define goals and objectives for the PMO team and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to project leads to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to project delivery.
  • Engage stakeholders and manage their expectations through regular project updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field, or at least 5 years of professional experience in consulting or project management.
  • Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to inspire others.
  • Excellent research and analysis skills, with the ability to monitor and evaluate project progress.
  • Strong interest in Learning & Development and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and German, with any additional languages being a plus.
