Role Overview:

  • Oversee and implement projects with precision and effectiveness
  • Refine and improve project management frameworks and practices
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communications
  • Establish objectives for the PMO team and assess their impact
  • Support Project Leads with strategic guidance and decision-making
  • Monitor project financials and optimize resource utilization
  • Recognize and address project risks and challenges
  • Maintain stakeholder engagement and manage expectations through consistent updates

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration or over 5 years of experience in consulting or project management
  • Proficient in strategic planning, organizational skills, and problem resolution
  • Passionate about Learning & Development with excellent communication abilities
  • Fluent in both English and German
