MatchFast HR is a Berlin-based HR consultancy that specialises in finding top talent for high-growth startups and scaleups in Germany. Our extensive network and experienced team help us identify and attract top candidates quickly. Our founder is an active angel investor and serial entrepreneur with a strong background in the startup ecosystem.
As a Strategic Client Developer at MatchFast HR, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the success of our clients' recruitment projects and identifying opportunities to help even beyond the pre-defined project scope.
You will work closely with our internal team to coordinate project activities and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the recruitment process
- Managing client expectations and providing regular updates on project progress
- Collaborating with our internal team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and solutions
- Conducting regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Providing guidance and support to clients throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and project documentation
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the success of our clients' recruitment projects
- Apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- First experience in account management or customer success, preferably in the recruiting or HR industry
- Strong English communication skills and fluency in German
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus
- Direct contact with high-profile founders, business angels, and C-levels of successful startups
- Direct collaboration with an experienced serial entrepreneur, including detailed feedback and mentorship sessions
