Everphone GmbH is a leading device-as-a-service provider that frees up valuable time for clients' IT teams. As a Project Manager - Premium Clients, you will be responsible for driving growth to the business by managing the premium clients of Everphone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute rollout projects for premium clients

• Develop implementation strategies with internal and external stakeholders

• Consult clients on ideal project plans and provide an understanding of Everphone's products

• Act as the first point of contact for premium clients and guide them through the onboarding process

• Optimize processes regarding order management for premium clients

• Identify pain points in internal and external processes and develop solutions

• Plan and manage strategic projects for national market expansion

• Translate customer needs into new product development opportunities

• Contribute to further developing Everphone's service using knowledge of customer needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification

• Initial work experience in B2B, consulting, or a similar field

• Strong skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets

• Excellent written and verbal German and English skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently

• Self-starter mentality with proactive problem-solving skills
