Als Werkstudentin (alle Geschlechter) im Customer Success Team arbeitest du an spannenden Kundenprojekten mit und erhältst Einblicke in die Welt der Recruitment-Technologie.

Aufgaben
  • Verwaltung und Koordination von projektbezogenen Aufgaben
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Buchungen und Datenpflege in unseren Abrechnungs- und Ticketsystemen
  • Qualitätskontrolle
  • Berichterstellung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams aus verschiedenen Produktbereichen und Management von Supportaufgaben
Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Kundenorientierung, Liebe zum Detail, Organisationsstärke und Problemlösungsfähigkeit.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich)
  • Fließend in Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
