About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Customer Success to join our team at Plancraft GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Customer Success team and driving strategic initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Customer Success team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of driving customer success and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
