About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Customer Success to join our team at Plancraft GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a customer success strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of customer success managers to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and retention of our customers.
  • Collaborate closely with our revenue operations team to ensure data-driven decision making and continuous improvement of our customer success processes.
  • Work closely with our product team to ensure that our product roadmap is aligned with customer needs and feedback.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success and growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer success leadership role, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
