About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team at Sirius Facilities. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new customers and renters
  • Analyze potential new sales markets
  • Conduct confident and passionate telephone conversations
  • Ask customers about their needs, advise them on our solution, and highlight the value of our premium products
  • Maintain all relevant data in our CRM system, which we use Salesforce and SUGAR

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working with customers. You should have strong communication skills, be outgoing and persuasive, and have self-motivation and self-discipline.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and our CRM systems
  • Good German language skills
  • English language skills are an asset
