Job Title: Sales & Marketing Agent Dutch Speaking Berlin

We're seeking a skilled Sales & Marketing Agent to join our team in Berlin for a dynamic opportunity working with one of the world's leading social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Digital Marketing Advisor for advertisers, offering expert guidance and business support
  • Evaluate social media ad performance, analyze data, and offer insights to optimize campaigns
  • Make inbound and outbound calls, discussing advertisements, budgets, and strategies
  • Collaborate with clients to implement successful sales funnel strategies
  • Monitor trends and develop innovative ad campaign solutions
  • Work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including successful calls, strategy implementation, and campaign pitch rates
Requirements:
  • Dutch (C1) + English (B2)
  • At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience
  • A passion for digital marketing, with a focus on social media
  • Ability to work on-site in Berlin
Training & Development:
  • 2 weeks of training + 2 weeks of nesting (shadowing experienced colleagues)
  • Meta Blueprint Certification in digital marketing during your training period
  • Training runs Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Fully paid, and attendance is mandatory)
