Job Title: Regional Business Development Agent, Europe

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Agent to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our business in the European market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the European market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and other partners
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to promote our products and network with potential clients
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Travel within Europe as needed to meet with clients and attend meetings and events
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in international sales or business development, preferably in the mattress or bedding industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as needed
  • Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus
