About the Role

As a QA/QC Manager, you'll support our project teams by providing quality management, inspections, and walkthrough support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring suppliers' QA/QC programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Developing and conducting internal quality audits and external supplier assessments, and following up on non-conformances.
  • Reviewing installation checklists, ITPs, and package documentation for acceptance and sign-off.
  • Evaluating the quality of technical programs and the effectiveness of corrective actions. Drafting and publishing audit and assessment reports.
  • Identifying and following up on observations during construction walks and coordinating inspections and reports with the project team, subcontractors, and the client.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Several years of technical experience in the engineering/construction industry with expertise in the development, review, and implementation of procedures.
  • Extensive experience in quality management on large engineering/construction projects.
  • Experience in installation and finishes with excellent subject matter expertise.
  • Strong project planning skills and the ability to prepare clear and comprehensive reports.
  • Qualification in ISO 9001:2015 IRCA Lead Auditor course.
  • Fluent in German and English, with a willingness to travel.
