- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in quality control and assurance within the construction or engineering industry, with a focus on lightweight structures and facades preferred.
- Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
