AufgabenAls Sales Development Representative bist du der Erstkontakt für unsere potenziellen Neukunden und legst damit den Grundstein für eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit. Deine Einschätzung bezüglich des Potentials eines Interessenten entscheidet maßgeblich über den Teamerfolg.
Wir machen State of the Art B2B Sales und versuchen schon vor der Auswahl einen Mehrwert zu erzeugen, in dem wir unsere Interessenten intensiv bei der Lösungsfindung beraten.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Lead Qualifizierung: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den ersten Teil des Sales Cycles, von der Terminorganisation bis hin zur Vor- und Nachbereitung deiner Termine.
- Erster Kontakt: Du nimmst telefonisch Kontakt zu potenziellen Kunden auf und legst den Grundstein für eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit.
- Teamwork: Du organisierst die ersten Produktpräsentationen und arbeitest eng mit unseren Account Executives zusammen.
- Lead Management: Du nutzt Hubspot für ein effizientes Lead-Management und behältst alles im Blick.
- Outbound Sales: Du verstehst es, neue Kaltakquisestrategien umzusetzen.
- KI-Affinität: Du setzt KI gezielt ein, um Sales-Prozesse effizient zu gestalten und deine Aufgaben im Überblick zu behalten.
Deine Skills
- Erfahrungen: Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Akquise und Verkauf, idealerweise im B2B SaaS Sales.
- Zielstrebigkeit: Du bist ehrgeizig und übernimmst Verantwortung für deinen Erfolg.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du scheust keinen Kundenkontakt per Telefon und kannst sowohl verbal als auch schriftlich überzeugen.
- Prospecting Fähigkeiten: Du bist in der Lage, potenzielle Kunden zu identifizieren und zu qualifizieren.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst Deutsch (Muttersprache oder Zweitsprache) und gutes Englisch.
