Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching influencers and key decision makers within accounts, discovering qualified opportunities, and closing them through targeted outbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute lead generation activities to drive business growth
  • Manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM system
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of customer subscriptions
  • Represent ChooseMyCompany at industry events and conferences
  • Develop strategic partnerships with relevant organizations to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Native-level German and fluent English language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in the HR solutions industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
