Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute data changes and mass updates in SAP ERP or S4/HANA, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Initiate and conduct regular data cleansing activities to maintain data quality, consistency, and compliance
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and training documentation, providing end-user training
  • Identify, report, and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis
  • Support the implementation of data management methodologies that align with KWS business initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • Provide support for ad-hoc requests from the team related to master data

Your Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Data Management, with prior experience a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including advanced use of MS Excel, with Power BI knowledge an advantage
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • Proactive, process-driven team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Fluent English, with any additional language skills an advantage
