Data Management Specialist

KWS Berlin is seeking a Working Student with focus on Master Data Management to join our Shared Service Center in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will support the Master Data Management team in maintaining high-quality master data across various business areas.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Execute data changes and mass updates in SAP ERP or S4/HANA, ensuring timely completion of tasks according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Initiate and carry out regular data cleansing activities to maintain data quality, compliance, and consistency.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and training documentation, and provide end-user training to ensure seamless data management processes.
- Identify, report, and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Support the implementation of data management methodologies that align with KWS business initiatives, driving data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the team on master data-related requests, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality outcomes.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Data Management, with prior experience a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including advanced use of MS Excel, and knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- SAP experience is an asset, but not required.
- Proactive, process-driven team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
- Fluent English, with any additional language skills an advantage.
