Master Data Management Operations Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Working Student to support our Master Data Management Operations team in Berlin-Charlottenburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting operational core tasks such as item creation, master data maintenance, and analyzing and executing QA checks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Master Data Management Operations team with operational core tasks such as item creation, master data maintenance
  • Analyze and execute QA checks, including live checks of product launches in our online shops
  • Present and update our products on our website
  • Support the team with cross-functional and internal projects

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program for at least one year
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Google Workspace tools, especially Excel
  • Basic knowledge of database systems would be a plus
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to new work situations quickly
