Are you a strategic and customer-obsessed leader looking to drive sales growth in a dynamic environment? Just Eat Takeaway is seeking an experienced Sales Acquisition Leader to join our team in Germany.

About the Role

As a Sales Acquisition Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring the successful implementation of global projects and programs. You will work closely with sales managers, team leaders, and employees to achieve individual and communal success, while also ensuring compliance and food safety requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet EBITDA targets
  • Collaborate with logistics and marketing teams to drive sales growth
  • Ensure reporting of daily business based on KPIs and SLAs
  • Plan and ensure annual budgets
  • Leverage data and reports for market and competitive analysis
  • Drive an ambitious growth culture in sales organisation
What We're Looking For
  • Extensive experience in a commercially focused role, leading high-performance teams
  • A collaborative and motivational leader who sets and adjusts priorities for their teams
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in German and English
  • Affinity and interest in the food-service industry
