Head of Sales Acquisition Germany

Key Responsibilities- Lead the Acquisition Sales team, ensuring all relevant partners get online and driving sales growth.
- Support sales managers, team leaders, and employees to reach their individual and communal success.
- Agree on the local strategy and combined objectives to achieve EBITDA targets.
- Own local implementation of global projects and programs, setting ambitious sales targets.
- Ensure reporting of daily business based on KPIs and SLAs, planning and ensuring annual budgets.
- Leverage data and reports for market and competitive analysis, deriving strategic and tactical plans.
- Ensure all requirements regarding compliance and food safety are met, continuously increasing sales efficiency.
- Drive an ambitious growth culture in sales organisation, aligning with corporate values LEAD, DELIVER, CARE.
- A commercially focused leader with extensive experience in high-performance teams, 100+ FTEA.
- A collaborative, motivational leader who sets and adjusts priorities for their teams.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing performance of sales teams.
- Motivated by targets, with excellent communication skills, fluent in German and English.
- Affinity and interest in the food-service industry.
