Our German Client Services department is part of a global Personal Investing and Advisory Client Services structure, providing first-line customer care and delivering a seamless experience to our customers and advisers.

About Your Role

As a Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for answering client and advisor complaints and tax enquiries in an expeditious and complete manner. You will need to develop an understanding of all key processes within the bank and our approach to communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining daily statistics, collecting and entering figures for receipts of tax- and complaint cases, resolved issues, and backlogs
  • Interim notification monitoring, checking complaints cases for compliance with the complaints principles
  • Checking the progress of complaints processing
  • Sending interim notifications to complainants
  • Telephone follow-up with sales partners who took part in our NPS survey
  • Adapting and optimising work instructions and manuals

About You

  • Preferably completed banking training or studies in the field of finance
  • Ideally already completed a 1st internship in the Financial Services industry
  • Excellent team player with a high degree of customer and service orientation
  • Advanced or native level of German
  • Comfortable with business English
