About the Role

The German Client Services team is an integral part of the global Personal Investing and Advisory Client Services structure. Meeting escalating customer demands is crucial, and we play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining our daily statistics - gathering and inputting the daily numbers for tax and complaint case receipts, resolved issues, and pending cases
  • Monitoring interim notifications - ensuring compliance with complaint principles in complaint cases
  • Overseeing the progress of complaint processing
  • Sending interim notifications to complainants
  • Conducting telephone follow-ups with sales partners participating in our NPS survey
  • Adjusting and enhancing our operational guidance and manuals

About You

  • Preferably completed banking training or finance-related studies
  • Preferably completed a first internship in the Financial Services sector
  • Strong team player with a notable customer-oriented and service mindset
  • Proficiency in German, preferably at an advanced or native level
  • Proficient in business English
