Unified Team Approach

The selected candidate will represent GBS Workplace Services and oversee all subcontractors involved in the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring adherence to company and client policies.
  • Uphold a professional image of JLL, consistently delivering outstanding customer service.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Regularly communicate with P&G stakeholders, including HR representatives and on-site personnel, to review service delivery and future planning.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Facilities Soft Services at client locations.
  • Actively engage with end users to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.

Asset Oversight

  • Assist in preparing for asset audits.
  • Manage tagging of new assets and preparation of relevant documentation.

Vendor and Financial Management

  • Ensure effective vendor management, delivering services on schedule and within budget.
  • Adhere to procurement guidelines and best practices.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals for various services.
  • Support the Facility Manager in sourcing related work.
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and accruals.
  • Collaborate with regional and global purchasing teams to implement sourcing strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for contract partners, ensuring regular follow-up on operations.
  • Strive to meet financial targets within the scope of responsibility.
  • Provide standard reporting and management updates as required.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Management

  • Support the preparation of annual health and safety audits.
  • Enforce strict safety protocols to achieve a zero-accident rate.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Security Oversight

  • Manage daily operations and conduct regular meetings with local security providers.
  • Assist in annual audits as required.

Operational Management

  • Support regional and local GBS Workplace Services initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and support for local clients and teams.
  • Document processes for initiatives and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training for operational teams.
  • Engage with counterparts across regions to share ideas and best practices.
  • Deliver services as outlined in relevant agreements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and strive to meet targets.
  • Seek innovative solutions to enhance client service and reduce costs.
