About the Role

As a Client Services Associate, you will play a key role in providing first-line customer care to our clients and advisors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining daily statistics on tax and complaint cases, resolved issues, and backlogs
  • Monitoring interim notifications for compliance with complaints principles
  • Tracking the progress of complaints processing
  • Sending interim notifications to complainants
  • Conducting telephone follow-ups with sales partners who participated in our NPS survey
  • Adapting and optimizing work instructions and manuals

About You

We're looking for a team player with a high degree of customer and service orientation. Your ideal background includes:

  • Completed banking training or studies in finance
  • Previous internship experience in the financial services industry
  • Advanced or native level of German
  • Comfortable with business English
